Countrywide Property Management ("CPM") is the Corporate Property Asset Management division of Countrywide Residential Lettings Limited which is wholly owned by Countrywide plc, Europe's largest estate agency operation.
CPM aim to provide a property management service covering both single and multiple properties throughout the UK.
Countrywide Property Management's Commercial Management services cover a wide variety of properties, from lock-up shops to town centre schemes, small warehouses to major industrial estates and from office suites to multi-occupied high rise office blocks.
