Residential Surveying Services

Mortgage Services is a core part of our business and as such is completely integrated into all of our Estate Agency branches. Our Mortgage Consultants are based in the Estate Agency branches and are authorised to provideyou with mortgage advice and recommendations unique to your individual circumstances and what’s more, unlike many mortgage advisers, we don’t charge an advice fee.

Panel Management

Countrywide Surveyors are the most experienced company within the U.K. in the provision of panel management services. Managing a lender's panel means that we control the service and quality of the valuer's performance, enabling the lender to outsource the whole process and reduce costs.
